INSTAGRAM STORIES
When I began working with Norwegian Cruise Line, I focused on elevating their Instagram Stories strategy by asking a key question:
"How are people spending their time online for leisure—beyond just passively clicking through? And how can we bring that same energy to our strategy?"
That insight led me to the appeal of Buzzfeed-style quizzes—fun, interactive, and highly shareable. I built a series of custom templates inspired by that format to guide users through the NCL experience in a playful, immersive way, turning passive viewing into active engagement.
From there, I developed several more templates, integrating design and engagement features to encourage users the interact with the brand in an authentic way.
