THE HUB –
SOCIAL GOOD BREWS
As Social Media Manager + Content Producer for The Hub – Social Good Brews, I managed the entire social presence across strategy, copywriting, content creation, and community storytelling. The Hub is a volunteer-run nonprofit coffee shop where every tip helps fund the local Volunteer Center, and my goal was to make their mission feel just as meaningful online as in person.
I concepted, designed, and executed a paid social campaign from start to finish, handling both content creative and paid management. I produced and directed photo and video shoots, interviewed community members for campaign stories, and captured my own b-roll and photography to support the visuals.
During the campaign, foot traffic increased nearly 25%, confirming the impact thoughtful social storytelling can have on real-world community engagement.
Working with The Hub proved how effective social creates genuine connections across communities. It proved that when you tell the story behind a mission in an authentic way, even something as simple as a cup of coffee can inspire people to take action.
