DOUGLAS DYNAMICS

As the social lead for WESTERN Snowplows, I owned content strategy and creation, paid social, analytics, and community management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

 

Alongside managing the WESTERN account, I produced and edited content for its sister brands FISHER and SnowEx, partnering cross-functionally to deliver platform-optimized assets and cohesive, real-time event coverage—including live interviews and product content—at the NTEA Work Truck Show.

Scope of Work

  • Led always-on social strategy alongside campaign-based initiatives supporting product launches, seasonal pushes, and brand moments
     

  • Concepted, executed, and optimized multi-platform social campaigns for WESTERN
     

  • Planned and managed social promotional giveaways, including creative execution and community engagement
     

  • Oversaw paid social campaigns, from asset development through performance analysis and reporting
     

  • Managed highly engaged B2B communities, providing consistent monitoring and customer-facing support
     

  • Produced and edited photo, video, and interview content, including real-time coverage at the NTEA Work Truck Show
     

  • Collaborated with designers, videographers, and animators to create and oversee platform-optimized social assets
     

  • Ensured balanced, cohesive brand representation across all three Douglas Dynamics brands
